Dr Pheunpha is a lecturer in the Faculty of Management Science, Ubon Ratchathani University. She received her PhD from the Chulalongkorn University in 2012, Educational Research Methodology Field, received Certificate of Achievement for Studying at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA in 2011, and studied for an MSc degree at Chulalongkorn University in 2007, Thailand, in Educational Research Methodology Field. Her first degree is a BEd (Hons) Teaching Mathematics (2nd class honours) from the Khon Kaen University, Thailand in 2002. Between 2007, and 2012 -2013, She worked for the Ubon Ratchathani University, She is a lecturer of Business Statistics, Research Business Management, and Business mathematics . During this period, Dr Pheunpha examined the impact of initial teaching quality, school climate, student’s satisfaction on students’ achievement, a development of value-added models for measuring school effectiveness and how to decrease dropout rates in school. Dr Pheunpha has a strong interest in quantitative methods such as Multi-Level Modeling (HLM), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in Education and Business Field.
